Guide to the Support Ticket System

So you're just playing RCRP one day and you notice a game breaking bug, have an issue with the forums or Teamspeak, or possibly having an issue with your Master Account, what do you do? Inside the User Control Panel (UCP) exists a system called Support Tickets. Support Tickets are questions you have about the server, forums, or anything Red County Roleplay related that requires administrator or management assistance. Today, you will learn the correct way to submit a Support Ticket from start to finish! So grab a drink, a snack, and throw on your reading glasses.


Step One:
Find your way over to the main RCRP website (https://redcountyrp.com) and log in using your Master Account username and password. You're gonna wanna navigate over to the "Support Tickets" tab and give it a click.

Step Two:
Once you've done that, you'll find yourself at the screen below, mouse over to the button that says "Create" and hit it.

Step Three:
You will be directed to the following screen, all you have to do is fill in all the blanks with the corresponding answer to your question. Make sure to go into as much detail as possible as long as it pertains to the issue or question you may have.

Now when you get to the drop down bar, you are given these options below, make sure to choose the one that pertains to your issue or question. When it comes to the "Master Account and Forum Namechanges Request" keep in mind you must have a valid premium account to do so, any attempt to try and choose another option in order to try to work around this rule can result in a ban from using the Support Ticket System.

Step Four:
Once you fill out all the boxes and hit "Sumbit" you will be brought to this screen, it just shows what your Support Ticket is in regards to and when it was sent. This screen also confirms that you've submitted a support ticket.

Step Five:
Once your Support Ticket has been reviewed, you are given this screen below, this shows the answering administration as well as their response. Here you two can talk our your issue and find out a way to remedy it.

Step Six:
Once your question has been answered, or your issue has been solved, you are now good to close the support ticket!

Things the Support Ticket System are not for:
The Support Ticket System is a wonderful thing implemented on the server, it can be used for things like UCP bugs, donation issues, and so much more, but there are also things that it is not used for. Please don't use the Support Ticket System if you think they're taking too long to review your application or answers to the Master Account quiz. Applications are handled rather quickly, you just have to be patient. Don't abuse the system or there is a chance you may lose your privileges to it.
