Texture Studio "Unknown Command"

Well I tried to install Texture Studio after Earl's Guide. After I got on the server, I couldn't use any commands except /v which spawned a vehicle. I tried /thelp, /newmap, everything said "Unknown Command". I tried doing it on a clean save, multiple SAMP versions.. any help would be amazing.

are you sure you've got the config.cfg set up correctly inside of the samp server folder? are you sure the texture studio filterscript is loaded?

No idea, how do I check that? I did everything that Earl said, just placed the studio over the server.. :/

Just noticed that it says under every plugin "failed"..

Texture studio is somewhat buggy if you're using the newer version, I had a ton of issues at first. I'll list some other commands below for you to test, you may be using an old version as some commands didn't work at first until the creator updated it for my version at least, I had to reinstall it a few times, e.g in my current version /skin and a few others don't work, but nothing that prevents me from mapping.
