Or test it in the Signatures page in your Profile. There is a "Preview" Button which let's you see what it looks like before you save it...

There's no need for a topic like this. There's plenty of places you can preview changes to your profile, one of the more obvious ones being the preview button in the UCP itself, as other users have said. If that's not good enough for you then you can simply look at one of your previous posts and see exactly how it looks on your live profile.
