Spawning with my character issue

Hello. I'm connecting to the server, typing my password and everything like that.. When I choose a character, my screen becomes black just as it is by default before your character spawns and that's it.. I'm just stuck at black screen and the timer is frozen. I'm able to open the chat and I can see the other players levels, but I'm staying at level 0. I'm going to appreciate any help with this issue :/

Do I have to open my game while making the test?

Edit: I just tried and I logged in somehow I'm still going to send you the result over PM so you can tell me if everything is fine, just let me know if the game have to be opened while making it.

No, the game does not have to be open while running the test. However, It would be optimal if you ensure the issue is still occurring before running it in order to produce valid/helpful test results.
