[Solved] Whaaa thee....

I just wanted to check in server,logged in some 2-4 minutes ago.I was driving around in blueberry when nothing started to work in samp,when i tryed to say something in chat,it didn't show... i tryed to relog but it didn't work... Is it my problem or server problem?
