[Solved] TS3 Issue [Vista 32bit]

I've recently installed TS3, mainly just to test it and see how it performs

Not so well..

If i have it running with GTA at the same time, This sort of happens [Sometimes, they both run in harmony with eachother, no problems]:
[Example]
Driving through montgomery normally, not a spec of lagg
Suddenly changes, huge lagg spike. Even audio sounds like a untuned radio
Game becomes unplayable and very slow.
I Alt+Tab and close TS3
Game resumes like normal

Any ideas?

I've had this problem before, I tried closing TeamSpeak then open TeamSpeak again and there won't be anymore lag spikes. Hope this solution works for you.
