[Solved] Connection problems

When i try to connect the server it says ''server doesn't respond. retrying'' and it keeps on trying and wont connect.
Help me whats wrong?

The server was frozen. It is now unfrozen, and you can log in and play successfully. Ensure again you're using the newest IP.
