Theres no telling how long it will be. It could be a couple of days or it could be a couple of weeks. All you need to do is be patient.

If you are on TeamSpeak, and Alec is online as well. You should be able to right click on his name, and select the "send message" option as first option in the menu. You could then kindly ask him to review your support ticket.

An alternative option would be to PM him via the forums. Although I do warn you, both options might take some time from Alec to respond, therefore you do need to be patient.

I have tried my best telling other admins to do so, I don't know if most of them really did.
