On random times, a siren will attach on a personal vehicle. /siren doesn't work (to see if it will remove the siren) as it's a emergency factions-only command.What steps can be followed to reproduce the bug (to make it happen again):

I'm not sure how it's reproduced. It appears very randomly.Evidence of the bug:
Additional Information: This bug occurred on June 9. However, it's still existing 'till now. (It appeared on another player's Quad. Well to be honest, this bug has been existing since the server-side siren got added into the server in 2011/2012. (It appeared on my Premier)
