Rule 33 Rule 34 Rule 35 Rule 36 Rule 37 Rule 38 Rule 39 Rule 40 Rule 41 Rule 42 -

Rule 0
Common Sense

Common sense will thrive where rules will not. The administration team reserves the right to apply judgment when they see fit.

The RC:RP rules might contain loopholes and/or inaccuracies. We expect you to use common sense in such situations; in most cases, if you think that something might not be allowed - it probably isn't.

The admin team as a whole (in a majority vote AND management approval) reserves the right to remove people whom we regard as unfit for the server. The server owner reserves the right to overrule the entire team's decision. This rule is not to be used in complaints or reports, only the administration team can decide when this rule is relevant.

Rule 1
No Powergaming or Metagaming

Metagaming and powergaming is very unfair toward other players and can potentially ruin roleplay, therefore the offenses are treated very seriously.

Metagaming can be defined as using Out of Character (OOC) information In Character (IC).

For example:
1. Using an OOC chat like /b, /o, /pm or external applications like Skype, Steam or Discord to contact someone and distribute IC information.
2. Using someone's name-tag to gain IC information about him/her while you've never met ICly.
3. Using Smileys or Emojis in the IC chat.
4. Describing how someone looks like via "/me describes John Smith"

Powergaming can be defined as two things. One of them is forcing actions upon a player, the other is doing superhuman and unrealistic actions.

For example:
1. Using a /me and forcing the action to be successful without letting the other party respond. (Point 1)
2. Roleplaying lifting up a vehicle with one hand and throwing it away. (Point 2)

You may not Roleplay unrealistic, supernatural, or unfair actions. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Swimming without the right attire - Most people would not swim fully clothed without reason.
  • Olympic Swimming - Swimming (while fully clothed) for long periods of time, without roleplaying any physical exhaustion whatsoever.
  • Changing clothes without any roleplay.
  • Bunnyhopping - Repeatedly pressing the jump key to get around faster on foot.
  • Not roleplaying fear - Showing a lack of emotions in situations were people would normally be very frightened.
  • Ramboing - Running towards someone while they are aiming at you / opening fire upon you.
  • Chickenrunning - Running in a spastic way whilst someone is opening fire upon you (either with a firearm OR taser).
  • Provoking - Intentionally harassing other players so that they will retaliate.
  • Taking the fishing Reefer out of Palomino bay - It is unfair towards other players who wish to use it.
  • Using a skin that doesn't fit your character's race
  • Rush Tasing - Using a taser while a suspect has a firearm withdrawn, or has it aimed at you. This provides an unfair advantage to Law Enforcement and in the interest of fairness is considered powergame. This rule also applies with beanbag shotguns.
PunishmentPunishments may vary depending on the severity and frequency of offenses that are committed by a player.

Rule 2
No Deathmatching

You may not kill players without any- or with a weak reason.

Deathmatching is when you are killing / inflicting injuries upon a player for a reason that does not justify such extreme actions, or without a reason at all.
Murders/shootouts/brawls are to be be fully roleplayed.

Other offenses related to deathmatching that are strictly prohibited include, but are not limited to:

Non-RP brawling - Brawling without the use of a proper and detailed /me beforehand. It is not acceptable to start hitting a player with no roleplay whatsoever. Actions such as "/me rushes X" are not considered sufficient. Also wait with the brawl for at least 1-2 seconds after sending the message, to allow the other player to read it.

Revenge Killing
Killing, injuring or engaging with a player who has previously killed you. After your character gets killed - they no longer remember anything about their death, and you're not allowed to use your OOC knowledge about the death in any way ICly. Returning to the scene of your death for any reason (e.g, retrieving your vehicle) is not allowed and you should wait until the situation has come to an end before returning to the area. This includes doing these things with an alternative character.

Car-parking
Using a vehicle to park (not ram) on top of somebody with the intention to kill them.

Vandalism Roleplay
You must have a valid reason in order to damage or destroy someone's property such as a vehicle, house or business. The owner of the property you're damaging or destroying needs to be online at the time. Minor vandalism such as graffiti or scratching a car requires no administrative permission, however major vandalism such as burning down a car. In such case you are required to request an administrator via /assistance and provide a valid reason for such harsh actions, as well as screenshot proof of you creating molotov coctail / etc (if applicable).

Bomb Roleplay
Roleplaying obtaining a bomb and blowing up a property can be done only after obtaining permission from an administrator.
You will need to provide a very good reason for the bombing, describe how you're going to obtain the bomb and explain how/why such an act makes sense for your character. You will then have to roleplay obtaining the bomb and present screenshots of the roleplay (with timestamps) to an administrator before initating the bombing roleplay itself, and receive an additional greenlight based on that.
If possible, an admin should spectate the roleplay while it's happening. If not possible, the online admins should be at least made aware that greenlighted bomb roleplay will be happening (via /assistance).

Terrorism Roleplay

All terrorist related activities are strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Fake bomb threats
  • Mass shootings for religious or ideological reasons
  • Blowing up buildings for religious or ideological reasons
  • Nerve agents
Under no circumstances will the administration team grant an exception to the above.

Disclaimer: Faction-related vandalism follows stricter rules, details on faction property attacks can be found in Rule 15 of the Faction Conflicts & Rules of Engagement.
.
PunishmentPunishments may vary depending on the severity and frequency of offenses that are committed by a player. Blatant Deathmatching can result in a permanent ban.

Rule 3
Character Kills (CK) cannot be forced upon a player

Every player must agree to the CK OOCly

A Character Kill is when you agree to have your character's life ended via death, and must get a namechange using /changemyname and begin to roleplay a completely new character. You may not bring back a previously CKed character. Forcing a CK on someone is not allowed, however there are some exceptions:

Committing suicide to avoid roleplay/arrest
Results in a CK and an admin jail. These CK's are to be paid by the accused. These are Non-RP actions with clear intention to get out of situations. This includes taking out a gun or reaching for it while held at gunpoint.

If your injuries do not warrant death but you still roleplay dying, you will be CKed.
If your character has (obvious) chances of survival, but you still decide to roleplay dead - you will be CK'ed. However, if heavy injuries have been inflicted on you by a second party (eg. being rammed off a bike or shot during a drive-by) and you end up dying during the roleplay - your death will be a PK and not a CK.

Most illegal factions reserve the right to force a CK upon you for any IC reason when you become a member
Make sure to carefully read through the rules in their forum section/thread to avoid misunderstandings.

The San Andreas State Courts has the ability to place a player on death row.
Evidence contrary to the CK is to be provided to Faction Administration for approval. If the community member fails to CK after Faction Administration approval has been granted, that community member will receive an automatic name-change or have their character disabled.

Cutting off limbs, kicking out teeth or doing any other kind of permanent damage to a character falls under similar rules as PKs and CKs. It's allowed, but the dismembered person is free to decide whether they want to roleplay the effects permanently or just until the end of the roleplay scenario they were wounded in.
PunishmentForcing a CK on someone when you do not have the authority to do so will result in an admin jail and the CK will be deemed invalid.

Rule 4
You must remain In Character at all times

Unless specified otherwise by an Administrator.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Abusing the IC chat to OOCly to troll another player
  • Jumping around aimlessly with no RP involved
  • Skipping / voiding roleplay situations without administrative permission.
  • Complaining via /b (or any OOC chats) about the way the roleplay scenario turned out.
  • /accepting death whilst someone is RPing with your body and you didn't get executed.
  • Asking reasons for your arrest OOCly. Arrests (false and legit) are to be dealt with ICly. e.g. The Courts.

Executed/downed players:
You may RP with someone who is downed (not executed) to take items from him. You may not /accept death whilst someone is RPing with your body when you're not executed.

If the player was executed, he is free to /accept death whenever he'd like, but is allowed to RP either way.

Administrative assistance:
If you think the other player broke the rules or you're in a disagreement with them - you are entitled to call in an administrator for help. However, you are not allowed to pause the roleplay until the admin arrives unless the other player agrees to pause it. If they don't agree - you have to continue roleplaying and post a forum complaint after the roleplay is over.

Exeption to this rule:
Events hosted by the admin team are completely OOC unless otherwise specified. As such, we ask that players who are involved in these events use out of character chats, such as /b. The administrative team does not like people mixing in character information with out of character situations. Note that if the event is organised in an IC manner and the administrator is not on admin duty, then the event is not OOC.
PunishmentThose who are found to be breaching this rule will be admin jailed depending on the severity. Persistent rulebreakers will be permanently banned from the server.

Rule 5
CLEO mods are allowed as long as they don't fall under the definition of a hacking tool

Hacks/Cheats are strictly prohibited.

The use of CLEO mods is allowed given that the mod(s) do not give an advantage over another player. Mods like these are considered acceptable:

  • First person mod
  • ELM*
  • Streamfixes
  • ENB series
  • Radar mods
  • Cruise Control (this one)
  • SnowFX
  • Reloading mods (reload whenever you press a button)
  • Animation mods (except ones that move your character or distort it)
*The ELM mod may be used by regular players for the use of signals and hazard lights only. Emergency lights and other similar patterns may only be used by emergency services.

Mods that give you weapons, health, money, free vehicle repairs, teleports, make you fly or advantages similar to hack programs are prohibited. Tools like camhack are only allowed with permission from an administrator.
PunishmentUsing a hack or a CLEO mod that could be considered a hack will lead to an immediate permanent ban. This also applies to using certain tools without admin permission. There are systems in place to detect speed/fly hacks etc and it is impossible to spawn money.

Rule 6
Spamming

General rules about Spamming you need to know.

You may not spam any chats.
The reasoning behind this rule should be quite clear. Other players intend to roleplay around you and the spamming of a chat will make it more difficult for them to do so. As such, action will be taken against spammers. The use of key-binds is not exempt from this rule, unless the bind has meaningful information in it.

Do not spam commands such as /report or /assistance.
Administrators have multiple duties in which they need to adhere to. We understand that players who are breaking the rules can be frustrating but admins will usually have a queue of things they must attend to first. Rest assured that your report/assistance will be looked at.
PunishmentThis offense will vary from a kick to an admin jail.

Rule 7
OOC Conversations

General rules about Out of Character conversations you need to know.

/b is an English-only chat.
English is the language that administrators can police properly. Use PM's to speak in other languages. You might be denied access to the server if your English abilities are not capable enough.

No OOC lying.
Out of character lying is strictly forbidden. You may not under any circumstances OOCly lie about anything to anyone.

Demanding an OOC promise from a player
Because you are not allowed to OOC lie, you are also not allowed to ask a player for an OOC promise ("Promise you won't rob me"). Using such information ICly would be considered as metagaming.

Respecting others
We aim to keep the server a friendly place and you should adjust your attitude to that. You may be punished for:

  • Disrespecting any member of the community. - This includes directly or indirectly insulting a player, namecalling of any degree, the use of racial slurs and sectarian comments or any other form of discrimination.
  • Participating in an argument with the sole intention of insulting those involved.
  • Provoking other community members/administrators.
PunishmentPunishments for these offenses can vary between a kick and a permanent ban, depending on the situation.

Rule 8
Administrative decisions are final

Any Administrative decision is final. you must always obey their instructions regardless of what you think of them. You are required to stop arguing about the decision when asked to do so. If you find that a specific Administrator has made an unjust or bias decision you are free to make an admin complaint, however you must always obey their instructions regardless of what you think of them.
PunishmentBreaching this rule may result in you being punished according to the situation at hand.

Rule 9
Money-farming is prohibited

Creating accounts for the sole reason of gaining money is unacceptable. You're not allowed to linger around doing nothing for multiple hours, simply to collect paychecks. You must be actively roleplaying on the server or be using the /AFK feature.

It is also not allowed to temporarily transfer donator levels back and forth between accounts

Certain donator benefits can be abused, such as payday cash/XP bonuses. You are not allowed to harvest bonuses on multiple accounts at the same time.
PunishmentThose who are found to have been money farming will be admin jailed or permanently banned, depending on the situation.

Rule 10
No advertising other servers or creating services for RC:RP without proper permission

Red County Roleplay does not approve of services that were made for, but not by itself. The reliability of such services may not be sufficient and may harm the reputation of our server and community.

You may not create things like external sites, Teamspeak servers etc unless you have TommyB's approval.
PunishmentThose who are found to have created websites/servers related to RCRP without administrator approval will be banned.

Rule 11
USING OOC METHODS TO ESCAPE ROLEPLAY IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

Escaping roleplay after it has been started is strictly forbidden, it ruins the roleplay for all parties involved.

You are not allowed to leave a roleplay situation without permission from an administrator or the other parties involved.

You may not:
  • /q to avoid a roleplay situation.
  • /logout to avoid a roleplay situation.
  • /afk to avoid a roleplay situation.
  • Force a game crash to avoid a roleplay situation.
  • Turn off your router (or disconnect from the internet in any way) to avoid a roleplay situation.
  • Ask an administrator to teleport you during a roleplay situation.
  • Character kill when you have an active court case against you.
  • Character kill as a law enforcement officer when actively being investigated by a law enforcement faction or its appropriate division.
  • Character kill to avoid an active investigation by a law enforcement faction.
  • /exitprison to avoid a roleplay situation within the prison.

You must not log out or avoid RP until 20 minutes after a RP scenario has finished, where the other parties may be interested in finding you or reporting you to the police. For example, if you are being chased by the police (or other players) you may not leave the server or /afk until the 20 minute timer is up, as it will be classified as avoiding roleplay. SASP or any other legal agency must inform the suspect(s) if they're surrounded. If a suspect has logged out after 20 minutes but are surrounded by a legal agency without notice, the suspect(s) will not be punished.

If you legitimately crash/disconnect during a roleplay situation you will usually be given around 5 minutes to come back online. If you don't come back in time you will receive a normal punishment for leaving to avoid roleplay - if you find yourself in such a situation you can try to get ahold of the banning admin (via Teamspeak or forum PMs) and explain the situation to them. If you're found to be saying the truth - your ban will be removed and you'll have to continue the roleplay scenario from the moment you left the game.

In the case where a player is character killed through no choice of their own during an active court case or while actively and knowingly being investigated by any law enforcement agency as a LEO, Administration will review the case and determine whether an exception should be made or not.

PunishmentBreaching this rule will result in an admin jail or a permanent ban if a repeated offense.

Rule 12
Committing crimes in supervised areas

If you want to commit a crime in a place that would normally be guarded or under supervision - you have to request permission from an administrator.

Places like government headquarters, banks and other public buildings are usually either guarded or have a live CCTV system with an operator, therefore the police would be immediately notified about any crimes that happen within those areas. As in most cases your crimes would be immediately reported by a live CCTV operator or reacted to by guards/police officers we have decided that if you want to commit a crime in one of the locations listed below you have to request permission from an administrator.

Exception 1: If you got into a situation with a player away from a safezone (for example you're chasing them for running over your friend) and they flee into a safezone - you are allowed to chase them down and engage further.

Exception 2: Administrative permission is not necessary if members of law enforcement are present within the safezone or close enough to witness the crime taking place.

Places that fall under this rule:
  • Police Departments (Dillimore, Montgomery, Fort Carson, El Quebrados)
  • Townhalls (Palomino Creek, Fort Carson, Angel Pine)
  • Station 11 (RCFD headquarters)
  • Hospitals (Montgomery, Fort Carson, El Quebrados)
  • Palomino Creek Fishing Bay / Fishers Lagoon
  • Banks (all banks within Red, Bone and Flint County)
  • Elite Trucking Headquarters
  • Montgomery Park
  • Montgomery Pizza Stack
.
Purposefully raiding government headquarters (for example to break a friend out of jail, or to kidnap a police officer) also requires permission from an administrator.
PunishmentIf you fail to request permission before committing a crime in a public place, you may be admin jailed depending on the severity. Raiding government headquarters without permission can result in a permanent ban.

Rule 13
Driving/Vehicle Rules

We all wish to promote fairness towards everyone while driving a vehicle, therefor there are a few rules considering driving and vehicles in general.

Adding NOS/hydraulics script-wise is allowed only after proper roleplay of installing these mods has been finished.

Ninjajacking (using the GTA physics to jack someone from a vehicle without any RP) is considered powergaming and is not allowed. You have to fully roleplay such an action and give the other party a chance to react.

Tapping a certain key while riding a bike allows you to gain a large and unrealistic speed and therefore is not allowed. This applies to tapping the lean forward key on motorbikes and tapping W on pushbikes.

Using side-job vehicles for personal use is not allowed, as it is unfair towards players wishing to use the vehicles for their intended purpose.

Driver drive-by (using GTA's drive-by mechanic as the driver of a vehicle) is not allowed due to the excessive damage it causes compared to on foot gun usage.

Drive-by shooting as the passenger of any bike, motorbike or quad is not allowed, as it moves the hitbox of your character in an awkward manner and makes you more or less invincible.

Carsurfing (standing on top of a moving vehicle) is not allowed. Some vehicles (eg. pick-up trucks) are exempt from this.

Non-RP driving is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: heavy offroading with non-offroad vehicles, stunting, mountain climbing, cliff jumping, drifting on sidewalks.

Unrealistic driving may only be done if you have a proper reason to disregard road laws (for example being in a chase or a race). Speeding dangerously, swerving into oncoming vehicles, drifting, etc out of OOC boredom is not allowed.

Crossing roadblocks - you are not allowed to cross or go around police/emergency roadblocks just to get to your destination quicker. It is considered unrealistic and you're supposed to have a detour instead.

Locking a vehicle in a Non-RP manner where your character would be unable to do so is not allowed (e.g. while downed or held at gunpoint).

Ramming a player or vehicle while driving a motorbike - this is highly unrealistic, as in real life you would immediately fall off the bike and get heavily injured (which usually doesn't happen with GTA SA bike mechanics). This includes lag-PITing vehicles.

Landing helicopters in unsafe areas / flying too low is not allowed. Aircraft should only be landed in areas which are safe to land in (i.e. the landing zone is stable and free of hazards such as power cables and street lights). Likewise, landing on buildings in built-up areas or flying too low over them is also not allowed.

PunishmentThis offense will result in an admin jail. Persistent rule breakers may be permanently banned from the server.

Rule 14
Sexual and disgusting roleplay

You may not force any player into a roleplay scenario that involves sexual actions or actions that could be seen as highly disgusting.

Due to the fact that many players find roleplaying certain activities disturbing and/or disgusting, you are not allowed to force another player to roleplay these actions. This includes all kinds of sexual roleplay (sex, rape, harassment, etc) as well as highly disturbing/disgusting roleplay in general (extreme tortures, animal violence, etc).

This rule does not forbid you to commit such actions completely though - it is simply skipped and still happens ICly, but should be simplified to a simple /do message (for example "/do Anna Smith would be raped by John Doe." or "/do John Doe's left leg would be cut off with a chainsaw."). You can contact an administrator if you're unsure of whether your planned action falls under this rule or not.

Pedophilia, necrophilia and incest behaviour is forbidden no matter the circumstances.
PunishmentThose who are found to be breaching this rule could face an admin jail or a permanent ban, depending on the situation.

Rule 15
Robbery/scamming limits

It can be difficult for players to make significant money in the server and we feel that there should be some protection of the funds gained by the players.

The robbery limit is $5,000 and the scamming limit is $50,000.

The player being robbed / scammed MUST be level THREE or higher. It is not allowed to rob level 1-2 players.

You yourself need to be level THREE or higher in order to scam and/or rob. You may also not assist when robbing and/or scamming a player until you are level THREE in the interests of fairness.

You may only rob up to $2,500 if you are forcing someone to take money from any of their assets or their bank account.

You may not inflict bodily harm and/or injure other players to commit a robbery. This includes vehicle ramming.

Exception to this rule: In the interest of fairness, committing illegal acts such as dealing drugs or using illegal weapons as a level 1 or 2 removes the under-level-3 protection. This means that other players will be allowed to rob or scam you in such a situation, despite of your level not being high enough.

We have a separate thread for all rules related to robbing and scamming, it can be found here:

.
PunishmentPlayers found breaking this rule will be admin jailed.

Rule 16
AFK Rules

You are allowed to go AFK (Away From Keyboard) or tab out of the game at any time, as long as you're not in an active roleplay scenario.

If you are in an active scenario, ask for permission from all parties involved.
You are allowed to be AFK (with the /afk command) for up to 30 minutes, and you're allowed to be alt-tabbed out of the game indefinitely, as long as you're not in a public place (with players around) and don't do it maliciously (eg. for money farming).

Abusing these in order to avoid roleplay in any way (eg. doing it right after shaking off cops) is a punishable offense.

AFK and alt-tabbed players are considered OOC.

You are not allowed to engage into roleplay with them and you cannot camp and wait for them to come back. They're simply not there ICly. If you feel that they abused the command to avoid you - report them to online administrators or via a forum complaint.

You are not allowed to go /afk or alt-tab in places that can be seen as annoying to other players (eg. at spawnpoints and enter points, in the middle of a road, etc).

The /afk command allows you to input a reason for going away. It should be legitimate, using any trollish or disgusting reasons might result in a kick, depending on the circumstances.
Punishment
  • Using /afk or alt-tabbing in order to avoid roleplay can result in an admin jail or a permanent ban if it's a repeated offense.
  • Camping and waiting till an AFK/tabbed player comes back into the game in order to engage into roleplay with them will result in an admin jail and the situation will be voided. This includes players who just logged onto the server or switched from a different character account.
  • Being AFK without using /afk or tabbing out will result in either a kick or one of the above, depending on the circumstances.
  • Going AFK or alt-tabbing in an improper place and/or with an improper reason will result in a kick.

Rule 17
Advertisements

You may not use the advertisement function to barter for illicit merchandise.

Using public advertisements in order to obtain or sell illegal merchandise has been deemed Non-RP. Considering the fact that the advertisements are RPly processed by a person, it would be rather obvious what someone's true intentions are when creating such an advert.
.
PunishmentPlayers who are found creating illegal advertisements may be punished in the form of a kick or an admin jail.

Rule 18
Binds

General rules about binds you need to know.

Binds are automated messages activated with a hotkey, which can be created using a key-binding program such as AutoHotkey. They are allowed on RC:RP, but should only be used for situations when you have no time to type your message (for example pulling out your weapon or broadcasting a megaphone message from a police cruiser during a chase) and similar. There are certain rules and limitations related to binds, they have been listed below:

You may not use binds which are not clear on what action they represent exactly.
They confuse other players as they have to guess which action is currently happening.

Example:

  • William Silver [holsters/unholsters] his [Desert eagle/9mm].
  • William Silver takes out a [AK-47/Shotgun/M4/MP5] from the trunk.

You may not use binds that serve more than one purpose.
As in majority of cases they allow you to finish an action way quicker than it's physically possible to do it. An example of this could be a single bind for opening the trunk of your vehicle, taking a weapon out and closing the trunk.

You are not allowed to use automated binds.
As in binds that repeat a certain action every X seconds. This generates unneccessary lag for the whole server and in most cases is seen as abuse. This includes binds for automatically repeating /fish, as such bind allows you to earn money without even being near your computer. Binds with the /fish command used once per pressing a hotkey are allowed.
PunishmentThose who use binds of this nature will be kicked from the server and forced to remove the bind in question. Repeated offenders will be admin jailed.

Rule 19
Evading a ban is forbidden

Aiding a ban evading player through any means is also strictly prohibited.

Players that are banned from the server should make no attempt to create new accounts. Instead, they should wait out their existing bans and appeal when instructed by administration. Getting around an existing account ban and playing the server when you're not supposed to (or attempting to do so) is strictly forbidden.
Anyone suspected of evading an account ban should be reported to the server's administration. Directly aiding a ban evading player in regaining their position on the server (eg. by giving them assets, offering quick rank-ups in factions or letting them use your account) is also forbidden and action will be taken on players found doing this.

PunishmentEvading an account ban will result in the new account being terminated and the player's original account will be blacklisted from the server for three months after the new account's ban date. Account bans issued on this server can easily end up overturned within a month or two in most typical situations, so evading these bans is typically pointless and malicious. The three month blacklist is put in place as a buffer to hopefully discourage ban evasion.
Knowingly aiding a ban evader will also result in a permanent ban.

Rule 20
In-game objects may not be sold/traded for real life cash

Selling and/or trading in-game properties/money/vehicles for real life cash and/or objects, or buying properties/money/vehicles with it is not allowed.

Selling Master accounts or Donator Levels for real life or In-Game cash is also strictly prohibited.

Selling donator vehicles (aka transferring them to someone's account in exchange for money) is not allowed

be it for in-game or real life cash.

However, it is allowed to give out ingame goods (including donator levels and vehicles) for free. Permanently banned players are exempt from this though, they no longer hold any rights to their assets.
.
PunishmentViolating this rule will result in a permanent ban.

Rule 21
You may not distribute faction weapons OR armour

Although after a certain update it has been made impossible to transfer, give, sell or trade faction weapons, those who find a way to do so will be punished with a permanent ban. Factions that receive heavy armour for a low price, may not distribute this armour to players outside of that specific faction. This rule effects factions with /weapons, /equip and /health.

If you're found to knowingly purchase a faction weapon (eg. by having it given to you by a friend who originally obtained it) - you will be punished as well.
PunishmentThose found breaking this rule will be permanently banned from the server. Knowingly purchasing faction weapons will result in an admin jail or a permanent ban, depending on the circumstances.

Rule 22
Using Teamspeak/discord for IC communication

Using teamspeak/discord for IC communication is strictly prohibited, the only exception to this rule is if you're in a channel that is deemed fully in character, you are on the same radio tune as the people you are speaking with and you use a /me or /ame to roleplay the usage of your radio.

You are not allowed to use Skype, Teamspeak, discord servers other than RC:RP ones (or any other means of voice communication) to communicate ICly.

You can use Teamspeak for IC communication only when it's not possible to effectively communicate via text (for example during a car chase or an active shootout), in other situations you should use the ingame chat.

If nearby players would be able to ICly hear what you're saying (but for obvious reasons can't hear it OOCly) - you have to repeat exactly what you said into the radio via text. This applies only if someone OOCly asks you to tell them what you just said.
PunishmentBreaching this rule will result in an admin jail.

Rule 23
Animal Roleplay is forbidden

Roleplaying as any animal such as: Dogs or Cats is strictly forbidden.

There is no fair and justifiable way of roleplaying an animal, be it dog or domestic cat. The reason being that it is completely unclear as to how you would roleplay as such and that other players would be unknowing to whether a player was human or animal. Due to this you are not allowed to RP as an animal at all.

You may:
  • RP an animal for domestic use.
  • RP the animal for police and searching purposes
  • Use animals as a detail to surrounding areas of RP.
  • RP animal violence against another RPed animals
You may NOT:
  • RP an animal for violence against other players.
  • RP animals that you may ride.

Do not request permissions to RP animals and/or name changes to animal ones from administrators, they will ignore you.
PunishmentIf a player is found roleplaying an animal they will be asked to stop, and kicked if no response has been given.

Rule 24
Law enforcement factions are not allowed to hand out fines that exceed the limit for a certain level

Due to the interest of fairness, members of law enforcement factions are not allowed to hand out fines that exceed the limit for a certain level.

Level 1: 10,000$,
Level 2-3: 20,000$,
Level 4-5: 30,000$,
Level 6 and higher - 60.000$.
PunishmentRulebreakers will be punished with an admin jail, and will be forced to refund the amount over the limit to the one they fined.

Rule 25
You may not name your character after a famous person

This includes actors, movie characters, politicians, artists, athletes and so on.
We understand that people tend to have the same names in real life but it has been decided to not be allowed on the server for various reasons.
PunishmentPlayers found breaking this rule will be asked to immediately change the name of the character in question. Failure to do so may lead to an admin jail or a forced namechange to a random realistic name.

Rule 26
Furniture placement

You may not position house furniture to give yourself an OOC advantage above other players.

This includes but is not limited to setting up unrealistic barricades at the front doors of houses, exploiting objects with invisible and visible sides and etc.

Properly set up and roleplayed barricades that give you an IC advantage are allowed. This can be anything like moving a couch, flipping a table (with a visible texture on the bottom), blocking a door with a cupboard, etc.
PunishmentPlayers found breaking this rule will be banned from the sever and their house might be confiscated.

Rule 27
If an item is script wise in your possession, it is in your possession

If you are searched and are carrying any items that the searching player wishes to confiscate; you may -NOT- RP that the item is elsewhere.

If you've specifically roleplayed hiding your goods to make them harder to find (for example stuffing cocaine bags into your shoe or strapping a handgun under your car) - you are expected to provide screenshot proof of those actions to everyone who requests it. The screenshot must have time-stamps enabled. If no proof of hiding an item is given - it is up to the person conducting the search to believe you or not.

The game physics don't really allow for much concealment when it comes to dropping items such as weapons or drugs, so we consider it acceptable to roleplay hiding such items and keeping it on your character. Similar as in the paragraph above, you will need to take a screenshot of the roleplay and show it to whoever requests it. This can be done only during active roleplay scenarios such as gun/drug deals and similar.

You are allowed to hide your visibly holstered weapons inside clothing items such as backpacks, purses and duffle bags. You are NOT allowed to fully hide them inside your character's model.

If you wish to roleplay a non-scriptwise item being used and/or added to your properties and/or yourself, you must have screenshot evidence of doing so. Screenshot proof must have /timestamps enabled and /time or else they'll be considered invalid. Such examples would be tinted vehicle windows, a security pad within your home, cameras placed on your home exterior.

You may not claim that fingerprints would not be found on bullet casings from the weapon you shot, unless you've roleplayed wearing gloves while loading the weapon (or using a preloaded magazine) and you're able to prove it with screenshot evidence with /timestamps enabled.

If you are downed in a shootout you may RPly pass on your firearm to a friend, or they may RP collecting the firearm from your body as a means to dispose of evidence. However you MUST have screenshot proof of the weapon RPly being taken by another player. Due to the server rules on the looting of firearms weapons may not be passed on scriptwise once you're downed, therefore this is addition is being added as an exception to this rule.
PunishmentThe breach of this rule will result in the item(s) being removed from you and could lead to an admin jail, depending on the situation.

Rule 28
Once fired or Character Killed from a faction via courts, you may not rejoin with a different name as the same rank

You may not re-join a faction with a different name and the same rank if fired and/or character killed via courts. This defeats the purpose of facing consequences for your in-game actions. You are allowed to re-join said faction with a rank and/or rank bracket lower than what you were before the CK. This rule applies to legal and illegal factions.

You may:
  • Re-join a faction with a different name but not with the same rank, or higher rank, as the previous character.
  • Re-join with a rank and/or division under the rank you were fired from. If you're in a probationary rank, you must redo the academy process for applicable factions.
You may not:
  • Re-join a faction with a different name and keep the same rank after being fired.
  • Get any promotion for a month after rejoining.
  • Roleplay corrupt for a month if caught for corruption within a legal faction.

PunishmentBreaching these rules will vary a removal of you from the faction(s). Continuing to do this will result in further punishment.

Rule 29
You need to roleplay using illegal substances when using the /usedrug command

By using the /usedrug command, some substances give you advantages like an armour or health boost. By only using the system to purely gain that boost, and not roleplaying the side-effects, it is considered as abusing.
PunishmentThis offense will result in an admin jail.

Rule 30
IC Language

Words/small sentences in a foreign language might be okay, but not long sentences and complete conversations. You should use a tag implying what language your character is speaking. For example: [Spanish] I'm talking Spanish right now.
PunishmentThis offense will result in a warning or an admin jail.

Rule 31
Replenishing health and/or armour during combat

Any and all methods of increasing your current health/armour rating whilst in a shootout/brawl or other similar combat scenarios that may lead to severe injuries caused by physical conflict is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Using a medkit to heal yourself or another during a shootout, to replenish health and resume shooting.
  • Acquiring an armoured vest from a house/vehicle or other storage system, to refill armour during a shootout.
  • Have another faction member heal your wounds whilst in a shootout, and then not RP your prior injuries.
  • Using drugs/consumables to increase health/armour, such as morphine, drinks and food items.

Note: 'Healing' wounds, such as wrapping them with bandages etc, does not allow you to replenish any health. As said wounds still exist and reduce your functionality. This rule applies to all community members. No factions are exempt from this rule.
PunishmentBreaching this rule will lead to an admin jail. Persistent rule breakers may be permanently banned from the server.

Rule 32
Account Rules & Security

It has been decided that all possible RCRP related Accounts cannot be shared between players (Master/Forum/Discord/Teamspeak). Your Accounts are for you, and you alone. You are also limited to only one Master/Forum/Discord/Teamspeak Account. Multiple Forum accounts are allowed in specific cases with permission.

If you have a family member who wants to join the server on the same IP as you, we would like to verify this by having a quick Teamspeak chat. Once your request has been approved, your IP will be whitelisted and granted 2 or more accounts.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. If you share your password with someone, let a friend/brother/sister/dog play on your account or leave your game unattended and as a result someone gets your account banned - you will have to serve the punishment as if it was you committing the rulebreak. Situations with accounts being hacked without a direct fault of the account owner will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.

Connecting to the server using a VPN or Proxy of some sort is not allowed at all. If you require to use a VPN (ex. RC-RP is blocked on your network), submit a support ticket to gain permission from an administrator.

PunishmentPlayers found breaking this rule will be permanently banned and their account(s) will be disabled.

Rule 33
You are not allowed to purposefully disturb an IC event

These events have to be announced by an administrator.

IC events are organised with the intention to entertain the players who participate in them. Any acts that might lead to the event being ended prematurely / being disturbed to the point that players' enjoyment of said event may be disrupted / cause the players to leave are not allowed if the event was announced by an administrator. This is allowed however, if specific permission from an administrator is given. This includes, but is not limited to: shootouts, police raids, bomb threats.

To avoid ruining the flow of events within clubs and bars who are open to the public, it is forbidden to brawl, fight or shoot within these clubs. The only exception to this, is if you've received permission from an administrator to carry out the brawl and/or shooting. It can be requested through /assistance. This is done to avoid clubs having to close early due to conflicts and also giving those players interested in a more peaceful club/bar life the ability to enjoy their RP without having to worry about it being interrupted. If you feel the need to brawl/fight during a club/bar opening, we advise that you wait until you are out and away from the club.

PunishmentDisturbing an IC event without administrative permission will result in an admin jail.

Rule 34
You are required to have a clothing object covering your face in order to use /mask

You are allowed to hide your name via the /mask command only if your face is covered up enough to make recognising you impossible or very hard. It cannot be used without an object covering your face.

Acceptable forms of hiding your identity include:
  • balaclavas
  • bike helmets
  • bandanas (tied around the mouth)
  • masks (eg. the hockey mask or devil mask)
  • skins that have the face covered by default (eg. the SWAT skin)
  • other (as long as at least 50% of the face is covered)

Unacceptable forms of hiding your identity include:
  • sunglasses
  • Fake beards
  • headgear (caps, hats, etc)
  • other objects that don't cover your face enough
PunishmentIf you're found to be wearing a mask without or with insufficient amount of clothing covering your face - you will be warned or admin jailed, depending on the circumstances.

Rule 35
Abuse of the RC:RP script, SA:MP or GTA: San Andreas

Abusing the script or game physics in any way to give an advantage over another player is not allowed.

Developing often brings bugs, this can be our very own server script, a SA:MP issue or a bug within the game itself. Sometimes these bugs can give an unfair advantage against other players and this is strictly not allowed. If you come across a server side bug you must report it immediately using the "Bug Report" section on the forum (If the bug is able to be abused then forum PM your report to a Tester). If you knowingly let someone else but abuse without reporting them you may also be subject to punishment..
PunishmentPunishments may vary depending on the severity and frequency of offenses that are committed by a player.

Rule 36
Time consuming actions

There are certain actions that would realistically take a long time, but are shortened and simplified to avoid forcing the players to wait for extended periods of time. However, in some cases doing these actions could lead to an unfair advantage over other players, and you are required to act accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Repairing and/or respraying your vehicle cannot be done while you're in an active roleplay scenario, unless it's a direct part of the scenario itself (eg. mechanic RP). This applies mainly during police/player chases and when you're being actively looked for (eg. after the said chase). You are allowed to repair/respray your vehicle after the 20-minute timer is up (as per rule 30).
  • Healing major wounds at a hospital puts you out of the roleplay scenario you were wounded in. In most cases members of the FD will transport you to one of the hospitals after you've received significant wounds, but due to the simplified hospitalizing system you will be able to walk freely very soon after. This does not allow you to get right back to the roleplay you were wounded in - for example, if you were shot during a shootout and got transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound, you would realistically spend at least a day or two in a hospital bed. For the sake of fun this roleplay is skipped, however for the sake of fairness you are not allowed to return to the scenario you were wounded in, as you would realistically be either undergoing a surgery or lying in hospital bed in pain. You are allowed to participate in any RP scenarios unrelated to the previous one (similar as with the Revenge Killing rule.)
PunishmentIf you're found to have resprayed your vehicle or skipped your hospital time for your advantage, you will be punished with an admin jail.

Rule 37
Pulling out weapons

It is not allowed to pull out a large melee weapon or a firearm without roleplaying the action with a /me or /do, unless they're visibly holstered on your body via /holster. This rule does not apply to small melee weapons or firearms, which can be pulled out with no roleplay even if not visibly holstered. Due to the massive amount of weapon types in real life, you may not use nicknames for any weapon you wish to brandish. Weapon brand names such as Glock, Beretta, etc.. may be used.

Weapons that fall under the "small" criteria are:
  • 9mm
  • Silenced 9mm
  • Desert Eagle
PunishmentAsspulling a large weapon will result in an admin jail.

Rule 38
You must portray believable roleplay at all times

Unless specified otherwise by an Administrator.

Portraying unrealistic, OOC, and trollish behavior is something we do not allow on our server unless specific permission is granted (during OOC admin events for example). New players are quickly introduced to bad habits and act like it's the standard, therefore other people's immersion and fun will mostly be ruined.

This includes, but not limited to:

  • Abusing the IC chat to OOCly troll another player.
  • Jumping around aimlessly with no RP involved.
  • Shouting random stuff for no reason.
  • Using animations like /pee, /wank, /dance for no reason.
  • Having OOC fun with a made-up IC justification for it.
  • Hitting and shooting each other for no reason other than OOC fun. > Not to be confused with DM.
  • Wearing a heavy bulletproof vest in public without a proper reason.
  • Committing robberies without good enough IC justification to support your character/development.
  • Using expensive sports cars & high powered weapons to continually committ unrealistic robbery sprees.

If your character has some kind of disability that will make it look like you're breaking this rule, always use enough /dos and /mes to explain the situation to those around you. If an admin still does not agree with your style of roleplay, you can be asked to forfeit the personality of your character.

Rule 39
Roleplaying injuries

You are expected to roleplay your injuries if you get wounded or injured during roleplay. You can use /injuries to see what kind of injuries you have and how they should be roleplayed.

- If you get shot/wounded while in an active shootout or brawl - you don't have to roleplay your injuries until the shootout/brawl is over (due to adrenaline). After it's over and if you weren't killed in the process - you will have to roleplay your injuries (as non lethal).
- If you get shot/wounded outside of an active shootout or brawl (eg. someone shoots you in the leg while you're unarmed) - you have to roleplay your injuries (as non lethal).
- If you get downed - you have to roleplay your injuries no matter if you're in an active shootout/brawl or not (depending on the type of wounds, they might or might not be injuries that could cause death).
- If you get downed and executed - you're dead, no roleplaying injuries required.

The following rules still apply if you end up getting downed due to bleeding out, at which point your wounds turn potentially lethal.
PunishmentBreaching this rule may result in an admin jail.

Rule 40
Coming in game to keep assets | Businesses should be actively used for roleplay purposes

Coming in-game for the sole reason of retaining your assets is strictly forbidden. Under this rule there will be guidelines set out of which you may have your asset removed by a member of Silver Trading if you are seen to be abusing the auto-wipe system to keep your asset.

Your asset may be wiped (without any compensation) if you do not meet the following criteria:
  • Have a play time of less than 120 minutes across a 30 day period.
  • Never open the following types of business to the public:
    • Clubs
    • Cafes
    • Bars
    • Other public facing businesses such as Hell's Gate Arena
  • Holding a faction business (loaned from faction management) for the sole purpose of gaining an increased paycheck.
  • Your business is constantly out of stock, and has to be restocked by administrators.
In the event that you do not meet the above, the administration team reserve the right to do one of the following:
  • Issue a warning and ask you to use the asset for roleplay purposes.
  • Force you to auction the asset.
  • Remove the asset from your account with a monetary refund of 50% of the approximate market value.
  • Remove the asset without any monetary refund.

PunishmentThose who are found to be consistently breaching this rule may have their asset wiped from them without any notice or compensation.

Rule 41
School rules

The Red County High School can be used by all players for any sort of school roleplay. A set of rules related to RP within the school has been established in order to ensure an enjoyable and smooth experience:
  • It is not allowed to carry or use firearms inside of the school interior and in the schoolyard. Any sort of "school shooter" roleplay is strictly forbidden and will be heavily punished. Note: this rule applies in the immediate area around the school building as well, if it involves students heading for/coming back from school roleplay.
  • It is not allowed to carry or use melee weapons (knives, baseball bats, etc) on school grounds without admin permission.
  • Factions are not allowed to claim the school as their turf or territory and/or treat it as their private property. The school is provided for the whole server to use and all factions should be able to make use of it.
  • Loitering inside or around the school as a character that has no valid IC reason to be on school grounds (eg. is not a student, a teacher, a janitor, an employee of a government agency holding a lecture, etc) is not allowed.

PunishmentUsage of firearms within the school will be punished with a permanent ban. Carrying a firearm or a melee weapon without permission will result in a warning or an admin jail. Factions claiming the school as their turf (directly or indirectly) will be warned or given a faction strike. Loitering on school grounds without a valid reason will result in a kick.

Rule 42
CCTV Rules

You may roleplay reviewing CCTV footage of a scenario if a physical mapped CCTV object (or a similar device) is aimed at the general area and you have IC means of accessing the footage. This process is done fully ICly (there's no actual video footage) and requires cooperation from the parties present on the scene when it happened. Such players are required to describe the scene in-depth OOCly to the person reviewing the CCTV footage, and/or (if possible) provide videos, screenshots or chatlogs of the roleplay. Being dishonest about the situation will count as OOC lies and will be punished.
  • Public CCTVs (usually mapped on power poles) are connected to a network accessible by law enforcement factions, who can review it remotely when needed. Footage from these cameras is being sent to the CCTV control room at the Dillimore Police Department and can be accessed there, it is not stored on the CCTV. Most of those CCTVs can also be used for live surveillance at any time using a designated script (LEO factions only).
  • Private CCTVs (mapped via the furniture script or roleplayed in case of businesses) can be placed on private property by its owner. The footage is being sent to the owner's private computer (or other device) or in the camera device itself and cannot be accessed remotely by law enforcement - physical access to the storage device is required. In case of disagreements about the existence of non-mapped CCTVs or ways of data storage, the owner of the CCTV is required to provide proof of installing the CCTVs.
  • CCTVs in/around public buildings such as banks or town halls (and other buildings that would realistically be monitored by CCTVs) can be roleplayed if all involved parties consent to it.
  • Dashcams can be placed in private vehicles and faction vehicles using the vehicle attachment script, and can only be roleplayed if a physical object is present. Footage recorded by dashcams is stored on the device unless stated otherwise (eg. dashcams used by LEO factions).
All CCTVs footage is stored for 48 hours, then overwritten by new data. If you're unable to map a CCTV yourself and you'd like a physical camera object mapped in, you can ask an administrator to place one for you after you've roleplayed installing it.

PunishmentRoleplaying CCTV footage that doesn't exist or that you cannot access ICly will result in an admin jail. The roleplay that resulted from the footage being checked will be voided.
Refusing to describe the situation recorded by the CCTV, lying about it or bending the facts will result in an admin jail.

There has been a slight adjustment to Rule 0, this rule is designed for Administrators to decide when the rule applies. However multiple members of the community use this in complaints and reports. Therefore the following has been added to make it 100% clear.

"This rule is not to be used in complaints or reports, only the administration team can decide when this rule is relevant. "

Rule 5 has been edited to allow more realism and roleplay opportunities to all players, but please take note that we will be extremely strict on this rule.

  • ELM* (Emergency Services only)
  • Streamfixes
  • ENB series
  • Radar mods
  • Cruise Control (this one)
  • SnowFX
  • Reloading mods (reload whenever you press a button)
  • Animation mods (except ones that move your character or distort it)
*The ELM mod may be used by regular players for the use of signals and hazard lights only. Emergency lights and other similar patterns may only be used by emergency services.

Mods that give you weapons, health, money, free vehicle repairs, teleports, make you fly or advantages similar to hack programs are prohibited. Tools like camhack are only allowed with permission from an administrator.
PunishmentUsing a CLEO mod that could be considered a hack will lead to an immediate permanent ban (This also applies to using certain tools without admin permission). There are systems in place to detect speed/fly hacks etc and it is impossible to spawn money.

Rule 28 updated.

Rule 28
Once fired from a government faction by San Andreas State Court, you may not rejoin with a different name as the same rank

When caught with proper evidence, you may not rejoin a government faction with a different name and the same rank. This defeats the purpose of going through the court system to fire a government official(s).

You may not:
  • Re-join a government faction with a different name and keep the same rank after being fired by San Andreas State Court.
  • Re-join a government faction as a member of the high command team.

You may:
  • Re-join a government faction with a different name but not with the same rank, or higher rank, as the previous character.
  • Rejoin as Command if fired as High Command.
  • Rejoin as a regular law enforcement official/government official if fired from Command.
  • You will have to re-apply into the department as a probationary if you get fired as a regular law enforcement/government official.
PunishmentBreaching these rules will vary a removal of you from the government faction(s). Continuing to do this will result in a permanent removal of yourself(s) in the government faction.
Rule 28

  • Get any promotion for a month after rejoining.
  • Roleplay corrupt for a month if caught for corruption.

PunishmentBreaching these rules will vary a removal of you from the government faction(s). Continuing to do this will result in a permanent removal of yourself(s) in the government faction.

Rule 11 & 28 have been updated. Please familiarize yourself with the new changes.

  • /q to avoid a roleplay situation
  • /logout to avoid a roleplay situation
  • /afk to avoid a roleplay situation
  • force a game crash to avoid a roleplay situation
  • turn off your router (or disconnect from the internet in any way) to avoid a roleplay situation
  • Ask an administrator to teleport you during a roleplay situation.

PunishmentBreaching this rule will result in a date ban, permanent if a repeated offense.

  • /q to avoid a roleplay situation
  • /logout to avoid a roleplay situation
  • /afk to avoid a roleplay situation
  • force a game crash to avoid a roleplay situation
  • turn off your router (or disconnect from the internet in any way) to avoid a roleplay situation
  • Ask an administrator to teleport you during a roleplay situation.
  • Character kill when you have an active court case against you.
  • Character kill as a law enforcement officer when actively being investigated by the San Andreas Investigation Bureau.

SACSO or any other legal agency must inform the suspect(s) if they're surrounded.

In the case where a player is character killed through no choice of their own during an active court case or while actively and knowingly being investigated by any law enforcement agency as a LEO, Administration will review the case and determine whether an exception should be made or not. .

PunishmentBreaching this rule will result in a date ban, permanent if a repeated offense.

Rule 28
Once fired from a government faction, you may not rejoin with a different name as the same rank

When caught with proper evidence, you may not rejoin a government faction with a different name and the same rank. This defeats the purpose of being fired from a government faction without any consequences.

You may:
  • Re-join a government faction with a different name but not with the same rank, or higher rank, as the previous character.
  • Re-join with a rank and/or division under the rank you were fired from. If you're in a probationary rank, you must redo the academy process.
You may not:
  • Re-join a government faction with a different name and keep the same rank after being fired.
  • Get any promotion for a month after rejoining.
  • Roleplay corrupt for a month if caught for corruption.

PunishmentBreaching these rules will vary a removal of you from the government faction(s). Continuing to do this will result in a permanent removal of yourself(s) in the government faction.

Rule 28
Once fired or Character Killed from a faction via courts, you may not rejoin with a different name as the same rank

You may not re-join a faction with a different name and the same rank if fired and/or character killed via courts or by SACSO/SAIB acting for the courts.

Continuing to do this will result in a permanent removal of yourself(s) in the faction.

The following adjustments have been made to Rule 19:
Rule 19
Evading a ban is forbidden

Knowingly engaging with a ban evading player is also strictly prohibited.

Players that are banned from the server should remain banned until such a time that they successfully appeal. Using methods to attempt to play on the server while banned is strictly forbidden. Any players suspecting that another player may be ban evading should report it to a member of the administration team. If a player knowingly engages on the server with a banned player, they could also be punished. If a player is aware another player is ban evading and willfully chooses not to report it, they could also be punished.

You might also be punished if you're found to be assisting someone in breaking the rules. This could be anything from sharing a bug with them to sharing your account to let them abuse your's faction commands.
PunishmentKnowingly helping or engaging with a banned player on the server Being aware of a ban evader and refusing to report it will result in a temporary/permanent ban, depending on the circumstances.

Slight change to rule 2, mainly around the roleplaying of terrorist related activities, please see the revision below:

Vandalism Roleplay
You must have a valid reason in order to damage or destroy someone's property such as a vehicle, house or business. The owner of the property you're damaging or destroying needs to be online at the time. Minor vandalism such as graffiti or scratching a car requires no administrative permission, however major vandalism such as burning down a car. In such case you are required to request an administrator via /assistance and provide a valid reason for such harsh actions, as well as screenshot proof of you creating molotov coctail / etc (if applicable).

Terrorism Roleplay/Bomb Roleplay
All terrorist related activities are strictly forbidden, the following can be classed as terrorism/bomb roleplay.
  • Fake bomb threats.
  • Mass shooting for a religious reason
  • The creation of bombs (including vehicle bombs)
  • Nerve agents etc
Under no circumstances will the administration team grant an exception to the above.

To clarify vandalism roleplay is fine as long as it falls within the above and you have prior permission from the administration team. However, going forward terrorism/bomb roleplay is strictly forbidden.
