I've created a diagnostics tool to run some basic tests to our server and help diagnose connection issues.
If you have difficulty connecting to the server itself, or any of the teamspeaks then run this tool and attach the .TXT file it creates.
Notes:
1) This file will create a .TXT file in the same directory it is ran out of. (Do not run it out of the ZIP file directly, extract it first or you will NOT get your results!)
2) This performs a ping/traceroute/ipconfig. It can take longer than 3 minutes in some cases, so don't panic if it does.
3) This tool collects no personal information, feel free to check the code.
Once the tool finishes running, it will close automatically. Copy the contents of the .TXT file and paste it to this section along with any other details you can provide pertaining to the issue.
