Please describe the bug in as much detail as you can:

I was roleplaying, then randomly in my chat a messaged appeared that a particular player has shared their vehicle key to me. That player wasn't anywhere near me. Few minutes later, same message, same player. Acouple more minutes later same message with a different players name.

What steps can be followed to reproduce the bug (to make it happen again):

 I'm not sure. I was roleplaying, a phone call and text messages
