Rainbow Glitch

SO, I recently installed Glorified's ENB and Wildenborg's ENB. Luckily enough, I found a fix which works for both of them for Windows 10 however I'm facing another issue which I'd like to call "Rainbow Glitch". I guess, it's my GPU but if any of you faced this issue, it might be not my GPU then.

Had to record it via my phone as it doesn't show the issue with recording.

do you is run samp and gta_sa as an administrator?
I had the same problem in my laptop and it had something to do with those two files I believe
