What if you Park kill someone? I can't find it in the rules. I want to know how long they can ban you for that.

You are permitted to collide an player with your vehicle IF you remember to roleplay it, for usage of /me.
However. You may not drive over the person so he'll be underneath your vehicle and let him loose his health down to zero.

It's common sense since you wouldn't do that in real life and it would violate server rule number 2.

Yes, expanding onto this, and answering your question, you will probably firstly be A-jailed, and then if your found to continuously do it, you could probably be temporarily banned, from what I've personally seen.
