What did you lose?: AK47 with 4000 ammo, 508, desert eagle with unknown ammo, shotgun with unknown ammo and an mp5 with unknown ammo.
What caused you to lose this item?: Well, there's two events that I am asking a refund for. One time I got an AK from my house and then I crashed the moment I got it out and it was in my hand. When I logged back in I didn't have it.
Then on another ocassion I was with Alec Rae, Kemp, Tommy and Evans and one of them killed me and I crashed but as I was going to work I decided not to log in until just now and I went to admin jail, got released straight away and then got put into the hospital. I may have lost the MP5, desert eagle and shotgun when I logged out or because they killed me, either or I should be refunded for all of this as it is all genuine and I am sick of losing my weapons constantly.
