problem with account

I can not get into my account. I tried to get into the account, enter my password, and not noticed that the account was supposed to have been removed, and turned to enter the password, which created a new account. it is possible to do something to regain my account back?
I read a post with the same problem and I understand why the account had been removed, but the other does not get to create a new account.
