Most ISPs in Pakistan have blocked RC-RP (For whatever reason) so those affected will need to use a VPN to connect. If you are unsure whether your ISP blocked us or not, open your SAMP client and try to connect couple of times. If you fail to connect, continue reading.
In order to be granted VPN permission, please create a support ticket here with the following information:

If you are unsure whether this or that VPN works well with RC-RP, you connect in-game for a minute maximum and check. Remember that those that use a VPN but don't have permission will be banned.
And finally, this applies to players from Pakistan only. Everyone else can make a support ticket and request permission but in most cases, your request will be denied unless you have a really good reason.

- Your IP Address without the VPN on.
- And your IP address with the VPN on.
