I can't create character because of this error... Every time i click on the link it just leads me to home page, and nothing appears. Please help me, what am i supposed to do ?

Hey,

Have you tried logging in to your master account? Did it work?
That message is shown to everyone, even new players. I understand this may cause some confusion, but for you it might not even be needed to change your password.
