Not receiving confirmation email and cannot reset password.

Hi there,

I have registered an account but i have not received an email for confirmation also when i try to log in, I just get taken back to the log in screen on the website no matter what i do. I have also tried resetting my password which i have no gotten an email either,If it's any help i registered under the email [email protected] but i also apparently have an old account under the email [email protected] which funnily enough i still have access to.

Any help appreciated,Thanks.

Update: I finally managed to sort that but now i am not receiving the email to confirm my account to even begin making a character application.

Check your spam folder.

You could try going to your account settings, change your e-mail to a common one such as a Gmail one and perhaps then see if you receive a link to confirm your account. I'm not sure if hotmail.co.uk e-mail addresses are supported as it is usually hotmail.com.
