This was a fairly simple structure, I'm thinking we could just re construct it to fit seven.
Post your thoughts on it(Police only please, but if you're not an Officer but would like to put your opinion/idea(s) forward go right ahead.)

My idea of it.

1. [Nothing] Trooper-In-Training.
2.
Trooper.
3.
Corporal.
4.
Sergeant.
5.
Lieutenant.
6.
Captain.
7.
(IC rank) Assistant Superintendent.
7.
Superintendent.

Updated for one final time.

There's always a cadet rank in the state troopers. I suggest adding that at the very first. It's pretty hard to fit all of the appropriate ranks into even 7 positions. I think if we had at least 10 spots for ranks, it would be a lot easier.

/support. But isnt Corporal a bit too "noble" for a rank 2?

1. Cadet.
2. Trooper.
3. Corporal.
4. Sergeant.
5. Lieutenant.
6. Captain
7. Superintendent.

I would like it like this

1. Cadet (Rank less)
2. Trooper > (Or something that looks like a Chevron, for real police ranks, Trooper > 1 chevron
2. Corporal >>
4. Sergeant >>>
5. Liutenant [] ((Police ranks Liutenant = 1 silver bar))
6. Captain []-[] ((Captain rank = 2 silver bars
7. Superintendent **** (4 golden stars, or something else, it would be cool.)

To be honest, 'Trooper First Class' isn't really needed. Just make that rank 'Trooper', and the Trooper rank Cadet and I can switch around some rank symbols to fit it.

Cadet - No symbol
Trooper -

and so on..
