Hello, my name is Roxas Hikaru(IG name), i was doing my license trucking test, when i stopped at the bridge like the picture below, the toll gate was close and i can't get through, i was calling someone for help on /n to open the gate, but in a few minutes my Ping got high 1k+ and i got auto kick for having a high ping like the picture below, so i wanna re-test by doing back my driving test, wasted 3k for this autokick, i hope you guys can help me by refunding me back 3k to re-do my test.
