need help with app

my app has been pending for 2 days and every time I go to check it says I have to do the app again can someone help me ?

I'm not familiar how the current system works, since I have created my own character 2 years ago or close to that, but there should be the reason stated why you might've been denied, if so, please state it here. That way we will be able to help you out, if that's the case.
