As the title mentions my main account was hacked and all control was lost, how do I contact the staff?

You can create a support ticket via UCP if you still have the access or you can get help from an admin via Discord or PM them on forums, they can surely help you out.

He was helped out. And he can't create a support ticket if he doesn't have access to his MA. But I've sorted him and this can be locked.
