My game lags a lot

So, I got banned, when I came back on the server my game is lagging like crazy, from 55 GPU usage and 81 degrees celsius everytime to 99 GPU Usage and 89 degrees celsius when I'm looking directly at towns, does anybody know how to fix this?

core 2 duo E8400 3ghz, Nvidia Quadro FX3800 1 gb GDDR3, 4 gigs of ram, it used to run great before me getting banned.

None of this caused lag before me getting banned.

Try to remove all of your modifications. It might solve it ( or maybe not ).

You could also monitor which application uses resources.
