My brother can't make an account, as we share the same IP.

Hello.

My brother can't make an account as we share the same IP. I have created a support ticket, however, in-game I was told to also create a forum. What can I do about this as we both want to play at the same time?

If someone could reach out ASAP, that would be great!

Give the support ticket some time, they're checked occasionally. Posting this will just encourage an administrator to check the support ticket and take care of it quicker.

Well I hope like heck there is two Computers in the house otherwise there will be no way for you to play together. Hopefully this gets sorted for you though.
Always nice to bring some IRL friendships and stuff into the server.
