Alright, I reinstalled my GTA, you may lock this topic to prevent bump&spam

Download the file you're missing and place it in your GTA Directory.

Try that, run game as administrator. Basically if that doesn't work, then back-up anything you might want to keep (i,e gat3.img) And then re-install fresh. If it gives the same error after the reinstall, then you need to install to a new directory. Good luck!

.dll files are Windows files btw When shiz wizz pops up like that. Don't download from websites! Just re-install
