There was a topic before about this. There is some kind of bug in your San Andreas game which cannot load this specific interior. It's not the server's fault, but your game has probably a big ass bug. Did you download the game?

Re-Install your game.. its one of the only ways.
You live in England so I assume your internet is pretty fast. If the interior is corrupted the game will crash BUT if the map in your game is.. maybe.. distorted some interiors may load in different places for some reason ((this is just a guess)) and because of this you just fall and cannot see any interior AND your game wont crash. Now, you should either download the gta3_int.img file or re-install your copy of GTA SA. (I think that SAMP just teleports characters to default interiors). If this method doesn't work, download GTA:SA and copy and paste ALL .img files into your old copy of the game(I am not encouraging piracy or anything.. this may be the only way to fix your game because Im not sure if they sell GTA SA anymore)
