Please describe the bug in as much detail as you can:

The time in the MDC doesn't correspond with real-time or game-time
The problem with this is for example when you're in FD, sometimes you get calls when noone is online and when you get on and see those calls, you don't know if they are recent or not.

What steps can be followed to reproduce the bug (to make it happen again):

Call 911, check mdc

Evidence of the bug:

Call was made at 13:20 (or 12:30 GMT)
MDC says it was made on 11:32

There's really nothing I can do about this due to the way the MDC has been coded. Any timestamp you see in the MDC has been taken from the dedicated server's local time, not the ingame time. The timezone of the dedicated server is GMT +1, so you'll need to do the math yourself when working with MDC timestamps. I may fix this sometime down the road, but at the moment it would require reworking a bit of the MDC and there's other priorities currently. Sorry!
