Master Account log in not working.

My master account is Archer Perez
No '_' which ends up being Archer only.
And I do place Archer_Perez
It still not working. can anyone help me?

The server is down.
You cannot connect to the server but other people are connecting just fine.
You believe that the server is under attack. (DDoS or DoS attack, etc.)
The server seems to be lagging for some unexplained reason.
Something in the server is glitched majorly and there are no administrators available to fix it.
Something is wrong with the website or forum
Something is wrong with the TeamSpeak server
Any other host related issue

If that is not working, your password is the issue, attempt to reset it please.

Where can I find my master account name? Because I can't login with the username I've made for this site.
