MA not working, help needed.

Hi guys, my name is Alex, i used to play on RCRP back in 2010, now i'm willing to come back and play here with my girlfriend but somehow my MA is not working, eventho it got acceped, i've created a character and tryed to go IG but then.. surprise, my MA doesn't work it says it does not exist, take a look here.

Any suggestions ?

Are entering your character name into the 'Name:' box on the SAMP client and not your MA name?
