**As you go to sign your check at the Palomino Creek Town-hall, you'd see a stack of leaflets on the desk.**
**If you were to pick one up and open it, you'd see the following:**

*Richard would enter the TownHall as he heads upstairs to sign his paycheck, before noticing the small stack of papers and taking one. While going downstairs Richard would begin reading the information in the panflet. As he exits the building he would say:*​

*Richard would quickly throw the panflet in the bin, before entering his Huntley and driving away.*​
