Teamspeak going down is beyond mine and Fr0st's control as we do not host it.
I keep losing connection in the server which hardly happened to me until the server switched hosts. I'm pretty sure it's not my internet because I played FoCo for around 4 hours straight.

Please open up run (hit windows key + R or click start and search for run or click run on the right side depending on your version of Windows) then type in "cmd" (without quotes)

Once a black box appears, type this into it;

tracert 77.95.226.14

Once it is finished tracing the route, right click into the command prompt and hit "Select all" then hit your enter key to copy (it is actually enter to copy. CTRL+V/CTRL+A/CTRL+C do not work in command prompt. do not try it.)

Also, if you have a chance, try to query the server once you lose connection and see if you can still see it online. This is to test if it's correlated with a routing issue or something else.

Thank you.

I'm guessing you want to see this.

Appears relatively fine other than the 2 hops that timed out.

Whenever you time out, alt tab and check if you're still able to query the server (if the ping updates on the SA-MP client and you are able to see players online/game info/etc) then report here.

My issue seems to be with the timers and desyncing. Aswell as the MySQL Threading for R7 I think the issue might also be the amount of timers operating within the script, from xx:53 - xx:00 you have, the lottery timer, pay check, and also the clock etc.
