But my pint is most ppl do not roleplay. I one had my taser pointes on someone and he just took out with gun and started ahooting with an ame bind so. If someone starts or tries to start shooting with a taser on him. Can I tase?

No, you can not, It would be considered rush-tase.

But don't you think it's quite unrealistic for him to instantly bring his gun to his hand and just aim forwards? Realistically it would take him more than 3 seconds to take out his gun, knowing I already have my taser on him, I'd not hesitate to tase him the point he reaches for holster, but when they just smash the gun withdrawal RP button and start shooting instantly, that's unrealistic.

I completely agree that it's BS and poor roleplay, but that doesn't change the fact that it's by definition rushtase to tase someone with a gun. Make a suggestion on the forum that you should be allowed to tase someone if they reach for a gun while you are already aiming a taser at them.
