Other comments:After I got banned I took english lessons and I played light rp and now I'm ready to come back and my english got a lot better then it was before.I read the RP rules few times again and memorized the rules again and again and now I'm ready to back to the server.

I've spoken to Mario in Teamspeak with Evans. He's demonstrated great English skills vocally and judging by the fact that he's been on other servers since he's been banned developing his English and Roleplay skills, I think he's shown clear determination to return to the server.

The decision is ultimately down to Jboi, but I thought I'd add that in there to just support your appeal.
