Javascript not loading on forums?

Well, I'm not sure this is the fix.. But it's possible;
In windows 10-> Go to the desktops icon: http://prntscr.com/c8787a and create a new one, enter it.. Open chrome and use it as normaly.
The javascript seems to only work in another desktop for me, since now I can also see the shoutbox. Which I believe using AJAX.

She said it fixed "somehow" - she probably doesn't have a method to fix it.

I decided to leave the topic unlocked for 24 hours more, just in case she manage to find the solution.
