I got banned for no reason

Why Did i get banned for no reason when i just got on the server 30mins ago.
All I did was assist for help about a minor problem that I had when i was working as a pizza delivery guy. The problem was that i typed in /getpizza and could not get rid of the pizza in my hands.
So i tried /clear thats what the guy that assisted me told me to do and then he told me to try /logout i did that and than BOOOM!! im banned why

You got banned for the following reason; "Try a light RP server and read some RP guides". Meaning that you're probably not welcome to a heavy RP server. Make a ban appeal instead.

If what SupRime said is true, then simply make an appeal using the link I have provided.
