I can't seem to figure out this.

I will try not to " ask " for my account list or anything when doing this, I read the " What not to do " text and apparently i have to go to some " Accounts " link somewhere to delete my Somehow-other accounts, I've searched everywhere i know in my User Control Panel, I am Pretty new to the RP forum altough still, I can't find this " Account " Site, Could someone please tell me where to look

Alright, are you simply trying to view all the accounts on your RP?

If so type /accounts IG.
