I can't create characters even though I passed my quiz and my application!

When I get to the section nothing appears! It only shows up with "my account" and doesn't give me the option to create. Please help.

Could you perhaps send a couple screenshots? That could help a lot to determine your problem. Just make sure you don't leak any personal details when you do so.
