The Master Account you are attempting to login with does not seem to exist.

I suspect that it has to do with my website account having a space instead of a underscore, is this the issue? if so I can't change my account name, so I would have to wait for someone to fix this.

I think what TommyB means is that when you're logging in to the server on your SAMP client, you need to use the name "MichaelBrokside" without any spaces between. Could you try that and let us know if that works for you, please?

Copy that exactly into your SA-MP client.
