House furnishing crashfest

Hello, after the last update i got so many crashed, that i stopped counting them...some of them i manage to fix, but some are just out of my expertise. Every time i attempt to place a piece of furniture i get a crash. When i log back in, the furniture is placed, mostly midair and when i try to ''Edit Placement'' BAAAAM...crash again.
You have to know that i don't use any mods, addons, not even key binder, I roll plain vanilla GTA SA.

Can anyone help me with this please?
