I do not think there is a set closing date; I will however tag the topic for a member of the Helper Administration Team in order for them to give you a confirmed answer.

Some time in September, KevinK is reviewing the entire team again, so the changes of it opening then are high - Until then, they won't be open I don't think.

I am VERY eager to submit a helper application because I want to be a helper, badly. :S
Can you please open them?
I really want to help with the server and I don't have any latest punishments :S
Would be greatly appreciated!

Once school starts for everyone (in 2 days) I am going to sort the helper team out and then I am going to open the helper applications.

He replied on the 31st.
