Back in my FD days, people always asked me; "How did you get custom music streams?" Because I would always have either Country music or Hard Rock music blasting in my ambulance. So, without further ado, here you go.

Here is a quick & easy custom /carmusic guide. 90% of the stations currently listed in the /carmusic menu are outdated or simply do not work. There are two sites that I personally use because of the amount of variety they provide. The first one I'll show you is Internet Radio, the second one is Shoutcast Radio.
STEP ONE:
Go to: https://www.internet-radio.com/
STEP TWO:
Search your genre or find it in the tag box.
STEP THREE:
Right-click the ".PLS" icon underneath the station.
STEP FOUR:
Click "Copy Link Address":
STEP FIVE:
Go in-game & type /carmusic followed by the copied link. For example, for the above station, I would type: /carmusic https://www.internet-radio.com/servers/tools/playlistgenerator/?u=http://204.141.167.19:9170/listen.pls?sid=1&t=.pls
STEP ONE:
Go to https://directory.shoutcast.com/
STEP TWO:
Search for the genre of music you want to listen to or select it from the genre menu on the left side. Clicking the genre on the side menu will open a dropdown list of subgenres.
STEP THREE:
Browse through the stations until you find one you want to listen to IG. You can press the small play button to listen to the stream in your browser to get a general feel of the station.
STEP FOUR:
Left-click the download button next to the little play button to bring up the download dropdown list.
STEP FIVE:
Right-click the Winamp (.pls) option & select "Copy Link Address".
STEP SIX:
Go in-game & type /carmusic followed by the copied link. So, for the station in the above picture, I would type: /carmusic http://yp.shoutcast.com/sbin/tunein-station.pls?id=1547555
You can also make a bind for it in AHK if you're like me & really like the station but don't want to have to go back to the website to copy the link each time. My bind in AHK is: Numpad3:: Sendinput t/carmusic http://yp.shoutcast.com/sbin/tunein-station.pls?id=1761387{enter}
