I├óÔé¼Ôäóm thinking that there could be a job in which your goal is to rob a store or a house. The player can get what├óÔé¼Ôäós in the building or a script can give them a random amount of things. There could also be about 3 minutes to take as much as you can and get out. Spam timer 20 minutes
It would also be nice if you can buy a house safe or something like that for more rp purposes. If the person were to come in to the house they can try to pick lock the safe open.

Although picking the safelock should have a smaller chance at success like 20 or 30%
