Please describe the bug in as much detail as you can:

When you try to remove someone's subrank, it will show '0' instead of its removal.

What steps can be followed to reproduce the bug:

/setsubrank Daniel_Evans 0

Evidence of the bug:

Additional Information: You'll need to use the UCP in order to remove someone's subrank. Although it can be a hassle as the target must be logged out for the setting to be enabled.
