Error UCP

I comes out this error when I try and register to ucp : 500 - Internal Server Error
What does this mean?
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
This is kinda embarrassing. Please contact staff if the issue persists.

Wait few minutes and retry. 500 Generally is an issue with the page, or Something has gone wrong on the website's server.

This happens frequently with the main website. It's not an issue on your end and can usually be resolved by waiting it out or refreshing the page.

This happens sometimes whenever you click a link in the website sometimes. It is fixed quickly though.
I will be locking this due it being fixed + it has been explained already.
