Why does it take so long just to receive your donation package in game? TommyB is on the forums everyday, can't he just quickly do the donations?

If TommyB would handle only donations, then it would be okay to complain about the delay. But try to place yourself in his shoes and realize that he is actually handling tons of requests on a daily basis. The only thing you can do is to be patient and your donation will be handled as soon as possible.
