Do I need to restart?

I just finished the quiz on here to make a master account, because I haven't played in awhile. My old IG name was "Clayton_Bull." I was wondering if I had to do the application then completely restart.

You don't have to restart/make a new character. All you have to do is import your character into your master account (the option should be there).
