Fixed DMV A1 & A2 License glitch

Alright so I want to take the A2 license test but whenever I try to take it, it says I already have that license, but if I try to take the A1 test, a license I already have, it will let me take it even though I have the license, if you could fix this bug in the next update that would be much appreciated
