Denied [Denied] Character Deletion

I believe the 24 hour thing is kind of silly. I understand why it's there, so that people can't make a character, delete it and make a new one just to avoid certain things. Now I don't want the wait time gone because like I said, I understand why it's there and I do think it should be there, but how about one of these two.

-Fill out a form after character deletion to be approved. (Meaning admins will have to moderate it.)
Or.
-Drop the time down to 12 hours.​

Comments: The timer is there to provide time for account owners to inhibit the deletion of accounts that have been submitted wrongfully and to prevent spam.
24 hours has been deemed reasonable.
