Please describe the bug in as much detail as you can:

You're unable to change the subrank of a higher rank

"500 - Internal Server Error.

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

What steps can be followed to reproduce the bug (to make it happen again):

Become a Rank 7+. Go to the "Faction Center" on the User Account Panel, click the faction membership settings of a higher rank, then change their subrank. The error will appear.
